 While researching local builders we were introduced to Donny Tuberville and Howard DeLee of Deville Builders. We toured several homes they had previously built, and felt confident that they could help us build the home we envisioned to fit our expanding family. One of the best aspects of working with Deville Builders is their “hands-on” abilities. Not only are they efficient and well-connected contractors, they are, also, skilled carpenters and with masonry. This was very evident throughout the process as they were able to “hand craft” areas of our house. They did much of our stone work themselves, not only doing an excellent job, but, also, saving us money. They were very present throughout the whole process. Nearly any time we drove up to our site, they were there working. They were understanding and patient as we made some changes during the building process. They were always conscious of helping us stay within our budget. Not only did they help us build a home that we love, but they have continued to help us with questions that we have even 5 years later. We would absolutely turn to them again with no hesitation if we had any other building needs.
Donnie Tuberville and Howard DeLee built our home almost 17 years ago. Throughout the entire process from working with our plans, clearing of the lot, and all other aspects of construction, my wife and I found them easy to work with, cooperative, open to changes along the way, and able to work within our budget. We felt at the time, and still feel 17 years later, that their work is quality, and as a testament to that, has stood the test of time. We have not had to spend our own money to fix problems resulting from poor construction or materials. We feel selecting Deville Builders is a wise choice in making an important decision.
